If any faults arise, in spite of our rigorous inspections and quality standards, we provide you with a 2-year guarantee against material and manufacturing defects.
The following are not covered by the guarantee:
- - Damage to / wear in leather/rubber strap
- - Damage to sapphire glasses
- - Damage caused by deliberate destruction, violence
- - Damage caused by repairs undertaken by dealers, customer service centres or watchmakers not authorized by Hanhart
Please contact an authorized Hanhart dealer if you require a repair or service. He will send your chronograph to a Hanhart customer service centre or he will carry out the necessary service operations by arrangement with our watchmakers.
